Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Switzerland Shipping:

You will receive your order within 2-5 business days Switzerland wide.

 

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide via Post CH AG or DHL. Shipping takes 5-15 business days depending on you location.

PLEASE NOTE:

Tracking information is automatically emailed to the customer once the order is processed.​

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume resposibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen.

Items shipped outside of Switzerland my be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, not will they be covered or reimbursed by Petite-Z.

 

The customer is responsible for any and all customs charges due on delivery of product.

​

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Post CH AG or DHL to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited Switzerland.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Petite-Z, we believe that online shopping should be a rewarding and enjoyable experience, for both you and your precious little one.  That’s why our goal is for each and every one of our customers to be completely satisfied with their order.

Refunds:

Unfortunately, Petite-Z does not currently offer refunds. But, we accept returns on any item for store credit. Please see the full details below in regards to store credit.

PLEASE NOTE: All pre-order and custom purchases are FINAL SALE and they are not eligible for store credit.

 

Store Credit:

You will have up to 7 days after items have been purchased to return for store credit only. Store credit never expires and may be used toward in-stock items only. Store credit cannot be used to purchase a pre-order or custom made item. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. If the returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will be returned back to the customer.

Exchanges:

Due to limited stock, we are not able to do even exchanges. It would have to be processed as a new order by using store credit from the previous order, which you will receive upon returning the original item purchased.

How to Return:

 

  1. Contact us via email: info@petite-z.com

  2. Once you emailed your return request, we will notify you via email.

  3. Mail us your item(s). You may drop it off at any Drop Off location or you can call your local Fedex Office to schedule a pick up.

Unfortunately, we cannot credit any original shipping charges. You are welcome to use your own shipping method, as long as you send it to the same mailing address that is on our return form.

For International returns, we strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your return.

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Returns take us 3-5 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Store credit will be issued through a code that can be applied to a future order. The amount will be deducted automatically from the total, during checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Only one code can be used at a time, whether it is a store credit code, or a coupon code.  

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

​

Price Adjustment Policy:

Unfortunately, Petite-Z does not currently offer any price adjustments.
